100 day sleep comfort guarantee. (effective from date of delivery)
Customer Responsibilities:
Customer must sleep on the mattress a minimum of 30 nights. Limit of one exchange per consumer. Box springs, foundations and adjustable bases are excluded. Exchange is for an equal, or greater value mattress, in the Serta line only. There are no refunds. If the mattress is stained or damaged the comfort guarantee is void. Delivery fee will apply. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card for inspection details.
