• Found the washer I wanted on line. Chf had it in stock and I purchased it over the phone. Delivery is to be in 2 days. Fast and efficient service. Competitor did not answer the phone and had a recording that they were experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls and they would call back if I left a message. Chf answered immediately and transferred me to the appliance department. Love the personal customer service I received.
