Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Chf Home Furnishings and/or La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, we offer a one-time re-selection or refund within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. (For mattresses, see Comfort Manufacture’s guarantee.) Special or custom ordered furniture cannot be returned for refunds.

Merchandise must be in like-new condition in order to receive full credit. Products that require gas to operate cannot be returned after gas lines have been connected.

Items that are purchased "As-Is" or from our Clearance Center cannot be returned. Certain other products may have specific restrictions on returns or replacement. Please see store for details

Oh my LG problem works had problems. The refrigerator broke four times and they finally gave me a full refund on it. The dishwasher is now making a grinding noise. All the knobs On my stove top broke in less than four years..

If I can give LG products zero stars I would . I have had problems with all the LG product that I purchased less than four years ago. I have called numerous times I sent pictures of the broken products and Customer service agents are no help at all. I will never recommend LG to anyone. Before purchasing the products I had quite a few people tell me not purchase LG products because of rules the problems they have. I shouldve listen to them.

Looks great but knobs are breaking

It looks beautiful and I especially love the Ultra Heat feature but the plastic part of 2 of the knobs have broken after just over 1 year.

LG Service is the best

I purchased my cooktop 3 years ago from a Sears outlet. I received no care instructions or perhaps my installer had tossed them out along with the center burner cap but I did recover the cap. I was so disappointer to watch the indicator setting began to disappear. I went to Sears... eventually to LG but got lost between the two. When LG stepped up to correct my issue 3 years later I was astonished. I could not have been happier. LG came thru..

Nice gas cooktop but maintenance issue one year in

We have been very happy with the cooking experience and burner format. We did have an issue with them knob supports clear plastic piece that keeps knob smooth and level. LG has sent replacements for all of them. Awaiting receipt.

Beautiful cooktop

Our new stovetop will be installed next week and Im beyond excited Its a beautiful cooktop which includes a griddle and I cant wait to begin using it. Were in the middle of a kitchen remodel including gas installation. Ive used gas cooktops in the past and its the only way to go We purchased a whole suite of LG appliances and what were already using we are very happy with their beauty and their performance.
