This machine is easy to use. Filter is easy to clean. Dishes are always clean and dried perfectly. The movable tines on all 3 racks let's you fit everything in. It is so very quiet. Installation instructions were easy to understand. My old GE was less than 5 years old when it died. Hopefully this one will surpass it. On average I run one load per day for 2 adults. Finish brand tablets. Jet dry rinse aid.

Hasn't worked since day purchased. Warranty assistance has been miserable and still have a non-working dishwasher that is supposed to be new but somehow has rust and leaves your dishes looking like a chalkboard.

Before I bought this dishwasher I spent hours looking at reviews. Bosch 800 was always the top rated. The Bosch 800 has not disappointed. I have put it to the limits and every time the dishes are clean. I love that it has 3 racks, and they are adjustable/ able to remove them. I would buy this again and I highly recommend.

Loved the rubber baffles around the edges against the cabinets for a nice soundproofing. Unit is very quoted cleans well. It does seem to have gotten slightly louder now after a month or so but not enough to care. I don't love that the back leveling legs are are actually just a single center leg, but it works and makes leveling a breeze.

It's very quiet. Which is very good. My husband loves the utensil tray. I have to laugh at the idea of cups fitting on this tray. Who uses shallow teacups these days. The other trays are a bit confounding. I'm not sure how to maximize dish placement. Maybe I will get used to using them. It does a very good job at cleaning. So that is a big plus. My previous washer had a cancel/drain button. I'd like to have the option to drain the washer after a load is completed. Sometimes there is water left in the bottom of various items. Which then ends up in the bottom of henwasher.

I love my new dishwasher. I replaced a old Kenmore Professoinal that used a heating element. This Bosch does not use a heating element and dishes come out dry and clean. I love the all the features of the 3 different racks. It's hard to hear the dishwasher in operation and it's good that they have a red light that shines on the floor letting you know it's in operation. Overall, this is a quaily product and hope it use for many years without trouble.

After agonizing for weeks over the purchase of a new dishwasher to replace a 14 year old KitchenAid with broken water pump, we purchased a Bosch dishwasher. We carefully researched potential replacements and, without exception all information that we examined pointed to Bosch. We had been happy with the Kitchen Aid but since all recommendations heavily favored the Bosch brand. The Bosch produces cleaner dishes and glasswear. The Bosch seems a bit light weight and not as sturdy as the old KitchenAid. I love the top 3rd rack. The silverware has never been so clean and spot free. I believe that the Bosch's superior cleaning power is worth the trade for the sturdiness of the KitchenAid.

Powerful but flawed

It washes the dishes far better than our previous dishwasher. It's very quiet. A manufacturing defect means we can't slide in the third rack without hitting a nozzle mounted crookedly on the ceiling of the dishwasher. Best Buy can't order another one just like it, they're "unavailable." They'll give us credit for the $1300 we spent on this one, but we can't get another one like this.

The dishwasher required a warranty repair shortly after it was installed. The detergent/rinse aid dispenser had to be replaced. (I believe it was shipped out with a defective part.) My other complaint is the lack of an Owner Manual- I realize it's available on-line, however we just re-did our kitchen and bought all new appliances, and they all came with a printed copy of an owner manual that we were able to read through and learn the features and some tips on how to operate them. Bosch was the only company that did not provide one.

I have had 3 Bosch dishwashers and all have lasted much longer than other brands and do a great job cleaning. But this one was not up to their usual standard and first time I pulled the drawer out ball bearings went flying around the kitchen. Rather than have it uninstalled and replaced, I chose to call for service which was a several week wait to get the glide replaced (over two service calls). Frustrating but it works well now.

E15 Watertap Error issues

I bought this model in 08/20. Within the 1st year the machine gave me an E15 Watertap error and the pump had to be replaced. 6 months later, the same error occurred and required another pump. This machine is too expensive, in my opinion, to have these sorts of issues and costly maintenance.

We purchased the Bosch 800 series because of the the great recommendation from the Salesperson at Lowes and the reviews I read on line. I have found mold on 5 items over the 2 months we had it. I never had that problem with any dishwasher I had preveiously. I did not know that this unit used a condensation to dry and not a heating element. The door of the dishwasher seems to always be wet. The dishes never seem really clean. I leave the door open at night to hopefully stop the mold issue. I contacted Lowes 3 week after we picked up the dishawasher but we could not return it.
