Chef Ryan Lancaster,

Ryan, currently a general manager/head chef at Square, has been in the food service industry for over 12 years with 8 spent in the kitchen. He has run the gamut of managing kitchens, waitstaff, through his current status as a general manager/head chef. Ryan’s history includes his time as the sous chef at Guisseppe’s Italian Bistro in Meridian and Thomas Cuisine management in Washington Group Café, and being the head chef at The Dish and Square. Ryan owns his own catering company named Flavors Catering with over 6 years of catering experience working for himself and other small catering companies here in town.

The Young Chefs Acadamy will teach the basics of making a good cake for all your special occasions.
Your Kids will learn to cook using proper technique and food safety while showing the joy and fun of the process.

The Young Chefs Academy is a cooking school for kids ages 4-18. They do private weekly classes, workshops, field trips, birthdays, and private parties. Call 939-2550 for more information.
